An Environmental Site Assessment was performed to assist in due diligence for a property transfer.
Project Summary
Letterle performed an assessment at the 7.7 acre vacant property that formerly operated as a restaurant, convenience store, and gasoline station. The purpose was to identify recognized environmental conditions and liabilities prior to the client’s purchase of the property. Information was gathered during a site visit, file review, interviews and records search, and summarized in a Phase I Report.
Project Results
There were a number of environmental conditions reported to the client including an on-going groundwater and soil remediation. The conditions were addressed and the property transfer went forward without delay.
